Lead Generation - Platinum Wellness

When Dr. Infantino of Platinum Wellness stumbled upon us he was looking for someone to help him with his Facebook ads… Kind of… What he was actually looking for was help to integrate an effective marketing campaign into his business.


What he lacked was a good business infrastructure to be able to handle a well executed marketing campaign.


His email marketing, scheduling software, and CRM (or lack of) were not communicating to each other. Leads were tracked on Google Sheets and Active Campaign, which of course resulted in unreliable conversion metrics.


In order to solve this, we implemented a HubSpot as a CRM and trained his staff on how to keep track of the leads as they converted into appointments and closed deals.


Next, we implemented lead nurturing through Active Campaign for email and HeyMarketing for SMS marketing to help convert leads into appointments and appointments into closed deals automatically.


None of this would have been possible if we didn’t fix the root cause of the inability to scale which was a business infrastructure that didn’t allow any marketing campaign to be successful.

Ecommerce - Atomic Nutrition

Atomic Strength Nutrition is in one of the most highly competitive niches in ecommerce. They

came to us frustrated that their campaigns were barely breaking even.


They had great products, great customer service and their customers loved their products, but they went marketers and they especially weren't digital advertisers.


They first thing we did was turn off any under performing campaigns, and anything that wan't properly optimized. To reach campaigns trying to get purchases.


We added some fresh new creative and consulted them on some new Shopify apps to increase their avg order. Apps that added a one-click up-sell on post purchase as well as a rewarding referral program both worked well at driving additional purchases and increasing the lifetime value of a customer.


The combination of decreasing the cost per purchase and increasing the lifetime value of a customer shot up the ROAS.


After the initial 90 days to increase their ROAS to 8X, we were then able to continuously scale their campaigns since we had laid a foundation of high performance.
